Week 2 challenge - Top My Tache
Thursday, September 11th, 2008 | tacheback | No Comments
Time is running out for the Week 2 challenge. Direct from the TacheBack Challenges Page:
Every new Tache deserves to be treated with loving kindness to promote maximum growth. And sometimes that means shielding it from the sun’s harsh rays …or the lovely British rain! So, grab yourself a hat, wig or other suitable head covering, snap your best side and upload it to your Tache Warrior HQ before 12/09/08. The most dashing, dapper or downright silly will win a Remington PG400 personal grooming kit.
Steven Goldsworthy says: “To cultivate the perfect ‘tache, you must know the look you want and work towards this. Remington’s PG400 7-in-1Grooming Kit features all of the trimming attachments and cutters to achieve any look, given a little time and creativity.”
So there you have it - get creative and upload your headwear image to TacheBack.com today, and don’t forget to add them to the TacheBack 2008 Flickr pool!

Head on over to Flickr to check out the TacheBack 2008 Flickr group! If you’re uploading your Tache pics to Flickr, then join the group and add yours to the pool. I’ve added a feed of the images on the right hand side.
Thanks to Kevin ‘Bruiser’ Bennet for setting this up, who appears in the top row of images on the below screenshot. Go take a look at his progress on his Flickr set, or visit his Warrior HQ.
Tacheback blog roundup - Part 1
Tuesday, September 9th, 2008 | tacheback | 2 Comments
Well, TacheBack is well underway and we’ve already seen some TacheBack tweets in the Twitter-sphere, now it’s time to take a look at some of the bloggers who are getting involved this year.
Michael Rose has started an excellent dedicated TacheBack blog, with updates on his sponsorship progress, Tache Battle Stats, and even a Tache of the Day category - brilliant!
We sent Michael a Remington PG400 High Precision 7-in-1 Grooming Kit to help him keep his tache well groomed, which he apparently enjoyed - though we are still awaiting a photo!
Possibly he needs to take some tips from Stephen Goldsworthy, which you can find on the Remington page of the TacheBack website.
Head over to Michael’s blog and take a look around, more importantly please consider sponsoring Michael.
